Can staff scan phone pictures into a PDF?
Yes. Admin can upload or capture document pictures, create a PDF in the browser, download it, and store it inside the customer case.
Can a customer claim rims or accessories later?
The final possession form documents attached equipment and requires written listing before leaving the vehicle.
What happens if a lender does not pick up?
The case moves into state-specific non-pickup/unclaimed processing where allowed.
